Sublimation printing is a versatile, digital printing method that opens up an endless opportunity to create unique and personalized headwear or garments. Whether it is the color of your product or personalized and branded decorations. The creative capabilities are yours for the taking.
We can only sublimation on fabrics made of polyester, or on specialty objects made of polyester or given a polyester coating. We print on onto a transfer medium and then heat and pressure are applied, the dye on the transfer sheet sublimates and is absorbed into the polyester itself; then your design becomes an actual part of the fabric to make your product for non-fade, vibrant image without adding and additional texture or weight.

2. We can accommodate Smaller Orders and it makes reordering the sample design very easy as we will have your artwork on file.
3. Individual customizations that allow us to virtually print picture-quality artwork anywhere are you items.
4. Lighter hand. The nature of sublimation means that prints are never heavy or thick. The garment is unchanged by the process, save for the addition of your art.
5. Long lasting Durability, as there is no cracking or peeling in a sublimated print, they last as long as the headwear or garment.
Only Things to know:
1. Sublimation Printing is done only on White colored fabrics which allows us to print on the entire fabric, which allows you to choose from the over 500 colors from the Pantone PMS ink we use. This also you to print virtually any design you can create or image and even photographic pictures can be sublimated and used in your designs. Really, any image you like.
2. Polyester garments only but these days the there are numerous hi-tech performance fabrics which are much lighter and offer moisture-wicking, UV protection, Antimicrobial and other benefits. Though it is true that this process only works on polyester, but these fabrics today are nothing like the ones of old. We have even offer “cotton-like” textured fabrics that sublimation-friendly polyester!
3. Higher price per piece in large runs. There comes a point when a large enough run of sublimation will become more expensive than traditional screen-printing. That said, even if the blanks are slightly more expensive, for small runs, the reduced setup fees often make sublimation more economical for full-color or photo-realistic designs.
