Shipping & Import Policy

ICM Factory Direct / Interchina Management (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. ships products from Vietnam under the shipping terms stated in each quotation or pro forma invoice.

ICM can assist customers with door-to-door delivery through UPS, FedEx or another approved carrier. This service covers transportation only. Unless expressly agreed in writing as DDP, the customer or consignee remains the importer of record and is responsible for customs clearance in the destination country.

Before shipment, the customer must provide complete and accurate information, including:

• Company name, delivery address and contact details;
• Company Tax ID, VAT, GST, EORI or other importer identification;
• Import permits, licenses or registrations, where required; and
• Any documents requested by customs, the carrier or the customs broker.

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, customs penalties and other destination-related costs.

ICM may arrange shipping using:

• ICM's UPS or FedEx account, with shipping charges paid by the customer; or
• The customer's courier account, provided the customer is authorized to use that account.

ICM is not responsible for customs delays, shipment holds, refused entry or failed delivery caused by missing or incorrect importer documents, unpaid duties or taxes, import restrictions, an incorrect address, or the customer's failure to cooperate with the carrier or customs authorities.

If a shipment is rejected, refused, unclaimed or cannot be imported, ICM is not required to accept or pay for its return. The customer is responsible for all return freight, storage, duties, re-import, abandonment, destruction or disposal costs. No refund or replacement will be provided when conforming goods have been shipped but cannot be delivered or imported for reasons outside ICM's control.

Any charges billed to ICM because of the customer, consignee or importer must be reimbursed by the customer upon request.

By confirming an order or authorizing shipment, the customer accepts this Shipping & Import Policy.
